We loved the peaceful seclusion and the beautiful location. We spent a lot of time walking on the beautiful Lake Superior beachfront. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and the changing colors of the trees along the lakefront. The view over the lake from the house was amazing. We also loved the firepit. We were able to take day trips to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks and Fayette Historic State Park. Very enjoyable vacation and great home. Highly recommended.

The Thimbleberry Cottage was the perfect place to stay at to disconnect, relax, and be in the presence of nature. Loved the entire cottage, the view of Lake Michigan (and the sunrises), the beach, fire pit, outdoor swing, and the deck. I would definitely stay here again. Whether you want to stay in and relax, or go adventure around the area, the Thimbleberry has you covered.

We had a great stay at Thimbleberry Cottage. The weather couldn't have been better. We got to enjoy the orange sky of sunrise every morning. We brought our telescope along "just in case" and man oh man we were not disappointed! We got to see Jupiter and Saturn every night! Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is pretty well stocked with good pots and pans, utensils and appliances. House was clean, bedding fresh. Good rental for staying put or if you want to explore the sites.

Great Location I have a hunting cabin near there and my sister has a place on the beach 1/3 of a mile away. Worked out perfectly everything was great view was incredible, great beach , extremely comfortable, great deck, and outdoor space. Location is very private, quiet, and peaceful! We really couldn’t of asked for anything more!! Thanks for the memories!!
