This was by far the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed at. I don’t even know where to start! The rooms and the bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and fit all 16 of us perfectly. The kitchen and it’s many appliances are everything you wish for when hosting a large party. Not to mention the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator to hold all your drinks, a griddle and barbecue. The star of the show was the pool area and cabanas. We kept making jokes on how much the cabanas are to “rent” for the day as if we’re staying at a hotel because that’s quite literally what it felt like. Parking was great, 6 cars fit perfectly. No noise complaints. We had great communication from start to finish. I recommend this property and can not wait to be back.

This home truly has everything you need for a great desert vacation - you don’t need to leave! The host and concierge are very accommodating and even supplied extra yoga mats and an espresso for our stay. The bedrooms are hotel quality and common spaces are well decorated and well stocked. The home is within a gated community and a short drive from grocery stores. Overall we had a beautiful weekend stay and I would highly recommend this home!

The layout of this property is what tipped the scale for me. With 14 people in one space for four nights, the opportunities for quiet private conversations abounded, from the two-chaise cabanas to the deck chairs the length of the pool, to the outdoor and indoor living rooms. The romantic outdoor dining table also turned out to be a perfect venue for a home-cooked barbecue dinner. All of this said... the house is just learning how to be an Airbnb. Lots of flubs: no Kleenex anywhere, an outdoor curtain that tore when we tried to slide it open, a tea kettle whose handle broke while lifting it off the stove, TVs that didn't work, toilets that didn't quite flush, etc. Bottom line: good bones, beautiful venue, but in need of closer management and attention to detail.
