Beautiful tiny apartment. Lot of wineries in the area to explore from. Very supportive and responsive property management company. Only thing is that there are critters like scorpions in the patio. Would be careful when getting in and out. One managed to get into the home also and we threw it out.

We had a wonderful stay here! My family of 4 came to spend the weekend in Fredericksburg for a quick getaway. It was the perfect size for us. The loft up top had a low ceiling but it was perfect for my teenager. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re going to be spending a lot of time out and about and not expecting to be inside the whole time. The only complaint I have is that the internet service wasn’t great, but this wasn’t a real setback for us because it allowed us to have uninterrupted family time in the evenings. Everything else was great - clean, tidy, and looked just like the photos. Thanks so much!!

The place was great. We had trouble with the code not working but was able to get it changed. Would go again just wished it was a little closer to main st.

This is a nice place definitely room for improvement but still cute and very convenient! It’s close to the main street like less than 10 minutes from great food and places to shop and near all the wineries! It’s pretty small I would not recommend it for more than two adults because the loft upstairs isn’t for an adult at least it wasn’t to me. I couldn’t do much up there other than crawl to the bed on my knees and that’s about it. It just wasn’t comfortable for an adult sure it’s great for kids though. I actually stayed on the couch our entire stay while my mom took the one queen bed in the room. There were no pillows on the couch or extra blankets except for one small one in the room that wasn’t very warm. Little changes like pillows on the couch and extra blankets and even a lamp would cozy it up. Over all like a said cute place and good location. The host was also very responsive and helpful I really appreciated that!
