One of Best places ever to stay and feel like in an own house together with amazing base for travels around Paris,very good city transport in a close area. Owner friendly and helpful, gratki communication all the time.

We enjoyed our stay and found the space to function very well. It was in a good location close to the metro and easy to get into Paris. Yohan was always available to answer questions, and to help us with our travel and understanding how to get around in Paris. Our favourite thing was the bed. It was really comfortable and the pillows were great. Probably the best sleep we’ve had on our holidays so far. Everything works and that’s a big deal.

I had a nice stay at Yoann's apartment. The place has everything you need and has a homely vibe. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor area and the parking space inside the gates (so convenient). thanks for hosting me :)

J’ai passé un très bon séjour chez Yoann. L’appartement se situe dans un quartier très calme, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare, et a tout ce qu’il faut niveau équipement. Il correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Et Yoann s’est montré très flexible et compréhensif pour les horaires de départ d’arrivée. Je recommande sans hésitation!
