Words can't express our gratitude for Joseph (Jody). The house was beautiful, the service was impeccable, and our appreciation was immense. We celebrated our Aggies graduation and the gathering was successful because of their generosity. Every request we made was granted, and there was a trust built even before seeing the house. How unexpected is that nowadays! Thank you for sharing your beautiful childhood home with our family. We will definitely book again!!!

Our extended family descended upon Bryan/College Station to celebrate our youngest Aggie's 21st birthday. We did not want the impersonal feeling of a hotel, and were traveling with an elderly yellow lab, so airbnb was the natural choice. Loved having the outdoor areas to hang out in, and had plenty of space for our group. The den/flex room worked nicely for our 3 middle schoolers, who commandeered the second tv and turned it into their game room/bedroom. The only suggestion I have is addition of barstools-- the dining set up allowed only 4 people to sit at a time, so we were standing at bar or sitting on upholstered furniture in living room. Full fridge, freezer, plenty of closet space to stow luggage and extras, enough room in pantry to put away our own food and supplies, all the necessities to allow us to make ourselves at home, even though it was only for one night. Owners went above and beyond when my mother left an item behind, and they located and shipped it to her.

Loved this house for 4 people. Any more people may make the 2 bathrooms a little difficult. Easy access to everything in College Station. Hotels were booked solid, so we decided to use AirB&B and so glad we did! Much better for a group than a hotel!

Our stay was perfect. Joseph’s place was very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome getting to Kyle field. He went above and beyond by running up coffee for us. Can’t wait to stay there again!!
