We stayed for 12 days over Christmas during very cold conditions and had a lovely time - house was warm and cosy for our family of four and there was plenty of cookware and utensils to make Christmas dinner. For us Brits who like our tea, there is an electric kettle, which was much appreciated (and not always a thing in US Airbnbs) and we loved the coffee bar. We had hardly any reason to contact the hosts because everything was great and we didn't need anything, but they were very quick to respond to messages and we felt very welcome. It's a great place to be based to explore Dallas, in a fun neighbourhood. Will have to return when it is warmer, as the outside area looked fun to grill and hang out in and our teenagers desperately wanted to take a dip in the pool.

We had a great stay at Alex & Dania’s AirBnB. It was very clean and they were responsive to all our inquiries. There were ample cooking utensils and supplies as well as a stocked coffee bar. It is a very short drive to great restaurants and museums. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex and Dania's home. The place was beyond immaculate and just as pictured on the listing. The location was super convenient and the neighborhood was safe and close to shops/restaurants. The home had an awesome game room and they had every app imaginable on the TV -- my kids were in heaven! The hosts, Alex and Dania, were beyond amazing and checked up on us frequently to make sure we had everything and were doing ok. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again!! I would also highly recommend these hosts and would definitely stay at their other properties!!

What a great place to stay!! 5 stars are not enough! Beautiful home in a fantastic location. We were there for SMU parents weekend and were so close to everything. Only 10 minutes to SMU. There is covered parking, a pool and a super fun game room! Alex and Dania are wonderful hosts and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!! You will not be disappointed.

What a cool, clean, serene place - with covered parking! Stay in and play games, have a swim to cool down, cozy up for movie night, or take a walk in town - this place is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay! Alex and Dania were wonderful! I highly recommend staying here!
