The nearest town, Labin, is just a 15-minute drive away, offering access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a vibrant marketplace. For seaside bliss, the resort town of Rabac is a scenic 13-minute drive, presenting stunning pebble beaches, an expansive promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and exciting boat excursions. BEDROOMS Downstairs are three bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom, a wardrobe, and a small desk. The central bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a smart television, an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, and a small desk with direct access to the deck area.
