We had a group of 8-10 throughout our 3 night stay. The place was very spacious and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Good location and easy to get to Ubers/Lyfts for our entire group. It’s about 10min to The Rim & 25-30min to the Pearl and Riverwalk areas. Having a pool and grill was an added plus during the day.

Johns’s place was a very nice and beautiful house! The pool was great and the house was big enough for our guest. A few house up keeping details were missed that made us have to consider for our next trip at any airbnb property. When we first arrived to the property there was no toilet paper in the whole house (John was quick to respond and bring a big package of toilet paper to ensure we did have it for the weekend). All of the soap dispensers in the house for the restroom used water downed soap solution. There was only one trash bag in the trash can in the kitchen so we had to purchase trash bags for our weekend trip and there was also no detergent for the laundry machine. The trash and recycle bins were full outside of the house so we had to set the trash in the bags next to it. Lastly and most importantly, the pool was a bit dirty from the previous guest.. sock in the pool, cans and trash by the chairs. Despite these up keeping details, the house itself was very beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay this home. We had a few small children with us and found the pool to not be little kid friendly as it is very deep. It is great for teens/adults but I wanted to point this out as the pics looked to me like the pool had a shallow area. Other than that the home was fine. It's in a good neighborhood with great access to all the fun San Antonio offers.
