Andreas' apartment was a great spot for a 3 night trip to explore Stockholm. I would recommend. The pros: (1) Beautiful view of the water and city (4th floor), especially from the living room/balcony. (2) Close (5-7 mins) to train with easy access to Malmo C and old town. We did the 72hr public trans pass and was able to get around the city very easy - highly recommend. (3) The apartment was very clean with all the needed amenities. The cons: (1) Alot of red tape. I received more automated messages for this apartment than any other stay I've ever had. Required to sign a rules document, scan ID, camera at front door, decimal meter, etc. There wasn't anything I disagreed with, it was just kind of obnoxious/ impersonable. it's clear that Andreas runs everything through a service. (2) The shower gets everywhere and needs a 2nd door. (3) TVs don't work. I know it is not listed in amenities, but they are there and it seems silly to have them there and not at least get an antenna.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et agréable. Joliment décoré. Très zen. Magnifique vue sur le lac. Par contre, la salle de bains mérite quelques petits travaux de rénovation car l’eau de la douche s’écoule dans toute la pièce, ce qui rend le sol assez glissant et un peu dangereux. De plus il y a 2 énormes machine à laver qui occupent la moitié de la pièce. Et surtout elles sont branchées et l’eau de la douche passe en dessous, ce qui n’est pas très rassurant. Autres petits details , il n’y a pas de seche cheveux. Un grille pain qui ne fonctionne pas. La literie du lit superposée n’est pas très confortable pour un adulte. Par contre, Andreas est très sympathique et répond rapidement aux messages. L’appartement est sur une ile tranquille, pas beaucoup de restaurants à côté, mais à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la station Kristenberg, donc très facile de se deplacer dans des endroits plus animés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Quite nice and spacious apartment with nice view. The public transport is really just a small walk, though to home all the way up. Unfortunately the bathroom really needs some renovation, after showering everything is wet. The kitchen lacks some utensils. Though, we asked Andreas also replied but we couldn't get them during our one week stay, but cooking and eating was manageable with the utensils they have there just a bit uncomfortable. The flat is indeed quite cold, though at easter time it was snowing in Stockholm. Getting in the apertment was without problem. Some neighbours do not really respect quite hours, but that is not the host fault.
