We offer our beautiful 2 bedroomed gite "La Grande Cheminee". Set in over a 1 acre mature garden the accommodation boasts a large heated inground pool, outdoor shower, sunloungers and umbrellas. Juliette balcony, private terrace with bbq, table tennis, pool & football tables, badminton, trampoline & a 10 hole crazy golf. Set in a peaceful rural location yet only 5km from town where you will find everything you need. We have full fibre hi speed Wifi throughout. French & English satellite TV. A perfect peaceful and relaxing get away for couples and families to enjoy. Set in a large 1 acre mature garden surrounded by fields this tranquil peaceful location will offer you the best relaxation and allow you to completely switch off. The rooms in La Grande Cheminee are very spacious. The outdoor heated pool is a available late May through to the end of September, weather permitting. You will see plenty of wildlife and witness some wonderful sunsets with the most beautiful night skies, the stars are amazing!!. Private terrace with your own bbq. There are 2 additional communal bbq areas which can be used in the grounds, with shaded and undercover eating areas.

My wife and I stayed as my family went to a motor sport event at E’rnee , and we joined them each day. The accommodation was perfect Debbie and Guy were the perfect hosts on the last day we didn’t go to the event as we went to the local pumpkin festival and enjoyed relaxing at the property but the weather was perfect. We would definitely go back.
Fantastic stay at this beautiful location. Loads to do on-site which kept our son happy even on rainy days. Hosts are super friendly and very well organised. Hope to return in future.
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Mooie accommodatie, van alle gemakken voorzien. Debbie is ontzettend gastvrij, we voelden ons erg welkom.
Nette accommodatie waarin alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt. We kregen lekker brood bij aankomst en zelfs in de koelkast stonden welkomstdrankjes en nog wat andere lekkere dingen. We hebben genoten van de tuin en het zwembad.
Debbie et son mari ont été parfaits et leur gîte vaut le détour. Merci à eux pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

If you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle then our beautiful rural location is just the tonic you need. Just 5kms from the town centre where you will find everything you need, supermarkets, petrol filling stations, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, drs dentist, boulangeries, butchers, boutiques, a weekly market for all your fresh produce every Wednesday 10 til 2, swimming pool, cinema, climbing wall and outdoor activities including zipwires, golf, football golf, paintballing and water sports. There is also a restaurant/shop/tabac just 2kms away. We are located in Pays de la Loire but are right on the Normandy and Brittany border.
A 2km drive you will find our local store/bar/restaurant and a 5km drive you will find Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, Drs, pharmacy, boutiques, boulangeries, butcher, cinema, swimming pool (which is open air July/August), climbing wall, zip wires, paint balling and water sports.

We moved to France 2021 after a really bad 2020....where we almost lost Guy, my husband, and our childrens father following a cardiac arrest aged just 54. We relocated to France to follow our retirement dreams.....albeit a few years earlier than we ever thought!! We love the slow pace of rural France, the roads, the lifestyle......come and join us in our gites and see if you love it like we do x
