Прибыли в 22:30, хозяйка нас ждала, объяснила, как доехать, была все время на связи, отвечала очень быстро на все вопросы. дом великолепный, ( с наружи дом в процессе стройки( достраивается 2 и 3 этаж, но это не мешает, дом внутри прекрасен) в доме 2 спальни: 1 спалня- 1 двухспальная кровать, комната очень просторна. 2 спальня- 3 односпальные кровати. большая гостиная соедененая с кухней. в гостиной ( очень большая и уютная) есть 2 дивана на которых также можно спать. ( нас было 6 человек и все разместились с комфортом) кухня оборудована всем необходимым. большая территория. открывается шикарный вид на горы, великолепный воздух. дом находиться на окраине Местии, если вы как и мы ищите тишину и покой то этот дом для вас. насладиться тишиной, воздухом, природой то вам сюда. большое спасибо хозяйки за все... в следующий раз в Местии только у вас😘

The house is located near a Banguriani hotel, it is a bit away and upper from the city center. About 20 minutes walking including an uphill or 5 minutes driving, the quality of the road is good enough. We traveled by car, so it was not a problem for us. The views around the house and from windows inside the house are fantastic. Mountains with snow caps, forest and panoramic view to Mestia with its famous towers, which are highlighted in the evening. There is a path up to the mountains staring directly from the house. It is about 3 kilometers off road surrounded by the forest and mountains. It is a good way for trail running or walking. This is a three floor building, but when we stayed only the first floor was for living, the others were under construction. There was not a problem, the first floor looked like a completely renovated apartment and the entrance to the upper floor was hidden. You can find a very big common space for cooking and dining, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a lot of dishes of all kinds, frying pans and different spices. The other space contains two dining tables, one computer table, several sofas and a big flat TV. I cannot say anything about local channels, we used it with our laptop and a console. What about the internet, it is possible to ask for a mobile WIFI router. We had our own unlimited traffic from silknet, it was working pretty well everywhere. And of course the fireplace. It could be a center place of attraction in the evening. Our trip was in november, so the fireplace was not just a decorative element, but also it makes the house warm. So keep in mind to feed it with firewood during the day and light it in the morning. We had a needed amount of firewood, the house holder came and filled the reservse. Also we had an electric heater in the bedroom. There were no problems with hot water and pressure in the bathroom. In general we were feeling warm and safe here. House holders are a very attractive and kind couple, answering fast and helping us with everything we need.

We booked first floor of the house for a couple nights. It was pretty spacey. Apartment has a great kitchen with a lot of plates, cups and even oven. Also you can find there couches, tables (to work or eat), comfortable bed. It was cool to see that house windows contain mosquito nets so fewer insects could find a way to get into the house. It would be much better after hosts provide an internet to the house. In general it was fine. Thanks.
