Positives: Very handy for East Sands beach, Interesting house and nice garden. Negatives: on a fairly busy road; the pub next door was generally fine apart from the weekend when smokers were periodically talking out the front into the early hours. Maybe not an issue if it was raining, but we had great weather :-) A little quirky, not sure the top floor would be safe for everyone - but a good base to explore StAndrews.

The house is in a perfect location for the beach, and only a short walk away from the town centre. Plenty of room and it had everything we needed.

A very comfortable, large house. In a great location for East Sands beach and not too far of a walk to the town centre. The house is very quiet, warm and we would definitely return.

Fabulous flat to stay in whilst in St Andrews. Good location, clean and tidy property with helpful hosts. Would stay again.

This house was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful enclosed garden. It is so close to the East sands and only a short, pleasant walk into town and most importantly Jannetta’s for our evening ice cream. We loved the spacious, pretty rooms and would love to return here another time. The hosts were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any message we sent. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
