What a delightful stay my family had at Sarah’s apartment in the beautiful Carbis Bay. We were welcomed after a long journey with a welcome basket filled with local Cornish treats including milk and tea. We also got a lovely bottle of Prosecco. The apartment’s spec was high-end and includes all the amenities you need and more. The bay window’s view was the highlight and what a treat that was. The location we believe was perfect. Loved Carbis Bay- it was more private, charming and less touristy than St. Ives. St. Ives is alive and exciting, but glad we weren’t staying there. We used the GWR train which was a minute walk away from the apartment to get everywhere. We also walked along the coastal bath both directions as well to take in beautiful scenes and get to towns as well. Our Cornish holiday was active and fun! I highly recommend Sarah’s apartment- her apartment is in a fantastic area. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Sarah for a special holiday with my family.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful place. We received milk and a welcome basket on arrival with tea coffee and Prosecco (we do not consume alcohol so it was a waste unfortunately). The accommodation was as described. Beautiful and very spacious (ample storage), light, airy and finished to a high spec! The views are amazing. There were numerous books/magazines and board games which we enjoyed! The curtains could use a change/wash as the material leaves a musty smell in the rooms. Some crockery had old food residue and the cleaner could pay more attention to detail. Overall the linen and furniture were clean and comfortable. We had some trouble with the light switches as there are so many controlling many lights in the open plan area. It could be marked or colour coded for ease of use. But none of this marred our stay! I would definitely recommend and come again!
