The most convenient location in Cebu City, everything is walking distance from beauty salons to bars. One caveat though - gets noisy at night because of the nearby bars.

I spent 1 month in the apartment. This is my experience: pros: - very cheap for 1 month - good location (many restaurants, grocery store, bars, clubs, laundry just a few minutes by foot) - great view from the 38. floor - very good contact with the host and you can change your sheets every week. cons: - even though it is in the 38. floor you hear all sounds from the outside like cars and especially the club across the street until 6am because the sound comes through the AC - there are 4 elevators and you still wait sometimes up to 10 minutes until you get one.
