DO NOT BOOK WITH COCO!! We believe she has other listings. Based on previous reviews she changed the place people originally booked last minute (at time of check in) and tries to give them a different booking. She has terrible communication- English is terrible so you cannot properly communicate your frustration with her. She also had her brother meet us at the new place and when we asked what was wrong with the original place he claims he doesn’t speak English. I asked her to meet us in person and she refused. The new place was dirty, stains on carpet, AC not working, TV not working. We left after the first night and booked the rest of our stay at a hotel. We wasted money on groceries as we thought we would be able to cook meals. Also, the buildings clearly had notices on walls and elevators saying Airbnb is prohibited but her listings are in the 2 sister buildings.
