This recently remodeled condo is in a family friendly location and within walking distance of midtown Ruidoso. It has a flat entrance, driveway parking, covered entry, and back patio with seating that faces a green space. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. There are 2 full bedrooms and a sleeping loft. 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, and one double bed. Central heat and air. TDS tv and wi-fi. No pets. Discount for weekly (10%) and monthly (40%) rentals. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. Upstairs is one bedroom with 2 queen beds, a sleeping loft that overlooks the den, and access to the balcony. Bedrooms are carpeted, common areas are tiled.

We had a great time located in walking distance to lots of shopping. The golf course across the street provided lots of opportunities for deer, elk and wild horses to graze. The house was comfortable, clean and lots of room for our family.
Beautiful cozy home! We used to come to these cabins since I was a kid for our summer family vacation after the sold them we never thought we’d be back, so having the opportunity to come back to this area felt amazing love how the re modeled the home very beautiful n a great walk distance to downtown!🤍

Easy walking neighborhood. Family friendly area. 2 cars can fit in the driveway. One street parking space usually available.
