Ilija’s place was a much needed oasis. It was super clean, modern and inviting. There is assigned parking and an elevator. A big grocery is a 4 minute walk away and town is 20 minutes walk. The bed was super comfy and the towels were quality. Ilija was kind a very responsive. He got us a new pan and kitchen towels when asked which was great. Our only “complaints” were the kitchen is a little sparse in terms of equipment, it’s a bit bare and no coffee maker. The kitchen was still absolutely useable and none of this took away from the 5 star experience :)

A wonderful apartment in a new building, it has everything you need, a supermarket nearby and very close to the center and the embankment. The owner is a nice person who is easy to communicate with. Ohrid itself is a separate story. You can visit many historical monuments, enjoy the beauty of nature and sit in cozy cafes, of which there are quite a few. Highly recommend this place!

Ilija's place in Ohrid was a very memorable stay of mine because Ohrid is magical, but also Ilija is one of the best AirBnB hosts I've had over all of my AirBnB stays over the years. The apartment is great, fully equipped, very clean and has great internet. We stayed a month and Ilija was always there to help when we needed it. You can't go wrong with booking Ilija's apartment. Thanks, Ilija!

Ilija is a fabulous host. He made it so easy for us during our four days in Ohrid. He had lots of good advice and he is super friendly. The apartment is in new condition and everything works well. Parking is reserved and close to the building. The walk into the city centre takes 20 - 30 minutes but is lively and interesting. A Tamaro supermarket is just five minutes walking distance. Ohrid itself is easy to fall in love with. It has a friendly atmosphere and the views from the fortress and Old City are just stunning. We can't wait to return for more !
