At the time of checkout card machine was not working and i had to handover my debit card to the reservation. They entered my card details including the security code into their system. I had to block my card afterwards and order a new one. Except for checkout experience everything else was excellent. Staff was polite and accommodating. Room was good and had everything that is needed for a pleasant stay. Above all, personally I liked the food quality and prices.

Emmanouil was kind, quick to respond and solution-oriented. The hotel is nicely designed and clean, the room was modern, the pool area relaxing and the breakfast delicious. Unfortunately the room didn’t fully meet our expectations, the main issue was that it faced a small road (and another hotel) with tour buses pulling outside at all times, which made it difficult to sleep. Emmanouil was able to accommodate us in one of his other hotels and made a gesture of providing us with all-inclusive package.

We stayed for 3 nights following our wedding in Lindos. We wanted somewhere relaxing, tranquil and peaceful for a few days. This was exactly what we got. Room was clean, modern and cleaned daily. Pool area was relaxing and you are always able to get a sunbed no matter what time of day you go. Pool bar with a wide selection of snacks and lunches and staff will bring your drinks and food to your sunbed. Hotel is located close to the beach and a small number of restaurants and two shops - around a 15 minutes walk to the main street with many restaurants and bars. We decided after a busy last day to stay local and ate at the hotels restaurant. It was absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommended this during a stay. The food was perfect and service fantastic. The breakfast was great too and always well stocked. Would definitely stay here again in the future if we visited Kolymbia.
