Federico was amazing host. I loved the area and the place was spacious. Main challenges I had were the internet. I work remotely and I had a few incidents where I lost connection and it was not good for my meetings. He provided two separate wifi connections and I was hoping between the two to figure out. It does get noisy in the morning sometimes but it’s quieter at night. I enjoyed the stay. I would stay longer if I didn’t have to rely on internet for work.

I had a very pleasant stay at Federico's airbnb. The building inside is beautiful and has additional amenities like a secondary kitchen and guest bathroom. The location is great and close to all of the great restaurants in Laureles. The unit was big and I felt very comfortable throughout my entire stay. Will definitely return.

Nice place. Great location in Laureles. There are lots of mosquitos. I'd suggest buying plug-in Raid to kill them. The bathroom is a little inprivate. The ventilation window opens to the stairs that go to the third floor, so someone on the stairs can hear inside the bathroom. On the second floor, the windows are quite visible and it's only private with all the curtains drawn completely.

Comfortable place to stay in the center of everything. Most importantly the place is quiet at night.

This is a super convenient place to stay, I would say that the location can’t be beat! It’s within steps of restaurants, cafes, bars, and the main park of Laureles. But this street is pretty tranquil. The space is cute and cozy, but big enough to not feel cramped. My only issue was that there is a very bright street light right outside (hood for safety though) and the curtains did not block it well. Therefore, the room was way too bright for sleeping. The host has said he will look into it, so this might not be an issue in the future!
