I had a little trouble receiving the code to get in the house when we arrived. I called Kate and in less than 2 minutes she called me back. We had 6 adults and 3 toddler boys staying there. There was space for us all to be together or separate if we needed a few minutes alone. We were quite comfortable there and the boys had so much fun playing with their trucks going around and around through the rooms! They also loved going up and down the carpeted stairs that were anything but steep. The kitchen had anything one could think of to need for cooking. The view from the home was lovely, overlooking the lake. An added bonus we found, was right next door, a little playground for the boys to play on. It was a wonderful experience all the way around. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Was a great place to stay

We had made reservations a year and a half previous to bring our entire family to celebrate an 85th and 60th birthday together. When we arrived, we were told that the place was not available. We had all driven almost 3 hours with kids in the car. We were able to find Kate's place on Airbnb and to our luck it was available last minute. I had been in this area before for golf outings to I knew the area was going to work. Kate was able to get a last-minute cleaner to freshen the place prior to our arrival. We arrived 20 minutes after making the reservation. The cleaner was still there, but she was wonderful and cleaned around all of us brining in luggage and supplies. The place was wonderful. My only complaint would be that the TV downstairs was not hooked up, and the internet was spotty. Other than that, the place was amazing, and we spent most of our time at the fire pit buy the water anyway. It was a great trip and can't thank you enough for being available at the last minut

The perfect location to enjoy the Fall weather for my group of Floridians visiting for Kenyon College Family Weekend. It was a quick 15 drive to Kenyon. The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate large groups. Also, very peaceful and private. Kate responded quickly when we had a few questions which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy all the amenities that the home offers, but the lake view was a relaxing way to start the day!

The location of this air bnb is so perfect. Right on the water and right next to the park. The yard was incredible and the house had plenty of space. Was very pleased with our stay
