Great place to stay in Bangkok. Very clean. Apichayas communications are very fast and helpful. You have everything you need , 7/11, massage, bar, food, taxi and all in this alley. Supermarket round the corner. Perfect. would definitely stay here again.

The map link from Airbnb took me to another street 1km away. Bit of a walk to find the place in 37° with all my luggage. The place itself was suitable for a solo traveler. If I had known there would be noisy repair work in the kitchen rendering the place unusable for one day I might have booked elsewhere. This is a one-off I’m sure, but it was part of my experience so it goes in my review. Otherwise it was really excellent, and a great location!

Great stay in the heart of Bangkok! Conveniently close to everything you might need, yet tucked away in a little side street. The closest BTS station (Phrom Phong) was just a 7 min walk away, with lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in walking distance. I loved walking to Benchasiri Park almost everyday (just a 12 min walk!). The street can get a little noisy at night since there are a few bars but nowhere near as noisy as other cities in my opinion. The room was a little small but I loved it regardless. Had a great fire escape for people watching on the street haha. Admittedly I didn't like the shared kitchen much. But why would you cook when there's incredible food all around you?? Apichaya was very friendly and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely come back!
