We loved Rizzo’s River Run! Tonya was super helpful and responsive. We stayed here to go to Bryce NP and the location was perfect and peaceful, and the cabin was clean and a nice place to relax after a long day of hiking and driving. Would definitely recommend!

The place was serene with a river nearby in a quiet neighborhood. It was especially nice for our dogs because of the open areas next to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One caveat. We had a misperception that this house is right next to the river with a river view. It is not because the owner’s house is in-between this rental and the river. That was a big disappointment for us, because we had this image of being able to sit inside the house and watch the river flow while reading and listening to music. We specifically committed to this rental early on with this expectation, so it was difficult to overcome the initial disappointment. When we talked to the owner about our misunderstanding, they pointed out that a map of the rental showing its non-adjacency to the river is in the photo section and I did find it toward the end. You will be happier with this rental if you still choose it after looking at the map in the photo section because you won’t have a wrong expectation as we did.

Tonya was very responsive and kind getting us set up. The location was well-suited to get to lots of hiking. The space was large and homey. The deer in the morning and evening were lovely and there's a great view of the stars. Food options in the area are extremely limited and the neighborhood was slightly weird. We didn't see any people or cars even though there were plenty of homes around. Felt like an abandoned neighborhood but maybe it was just a bunch of vacation rentals that no one was at.

This getaway was very peaceful. The Rizzo Run home made us feel very relaxed and stress free. Tonya was very easy to communicate and so informative and responsive. The Rizzo Run pictures do not do it justice, it is very roomy and comfortable. Every detail has been thought of and we could not have asked for anything more and the Rizzo Run is well equipped. Deer to feed each evening and for sure a place to visit again. Thank you for sharing your space with us.
