We visited for two nights. It was really clean and exactly like the pictures described the place. When i had questions, they answer pretty quick. The stay is next to different supermarkets and in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the stay and we will book it again if we come back. Overall a great experience!

Location worked well for our needs, close to the downtown services. The suite was very clean. Bed was quite firm to our taste, but we slept well once we settled in. As it was hot, the heat from the gas fireplace was unnecessary, even just from the pilot light, but we opened the windows for a cross breeze and we stayed comfortable. They offer a fan, we didn’t use. The steps down from the door are a touch concerning as you have only a small landing as you directly step in from the door. The closet only had hanging space for short clothing, and I had a couple of dresses for a more formal situation that I ended up hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Kitchen amenities were quite satisfactory overall. We bought our own food for breakfasts, and used some of the teas and coffee. They offer some Coffee mate creamer in the fridge but it was sweetened a la Tim Horton’s double double, which I could not use as I am diabetic; got my own milk at the reasonably nearby Thrifty’s grocery

Jeannine’s place was lovely—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The photos were accurate depictions of the place. Directions for finding and entering were clear. Jeannine responded quickly to our questions and cheerfully agreed to our need to revise the dates from our original reservation. We would strongly recommend the place and would happily stay there again.

Amazing little space in a very convenient location in Courtenay. Great spot for a holiday 'home' or if you are away for work. Loads of parking, spacious, and amazing hosts. Thanks for a great stay!
