Loved the neighborhood, the apartment is great and equipped with really helpful amenities when traveling like a gym, parking, laundry and pool.

El departamento esta muy bien ubicado en el barrio de Palermo. Se nota que es un departamento nuevo y lindo pero con mucho uso de alquiler. Por ejemplo tenia el sillón y el acolchado con manchas,las sabanas de mala calidad. El resto muy bien equipado, luminoso, y bien decorado. Pero le falta cierto cuidado o mantenimiento. El piso tenia mucha tierra, parecía que no se hubiese lavado. Nos ofrecieron extra la cochera dentro del edificio. Lo recomendaria pero si deberian tener en cuenta esos puntos, por ejemplo una funda de sillón que no sea blanca para que no se noten tanto las manchas del uso. Porque da aspecto a sucio.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. It was close to a lot of great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. The apartment itself could have been cleaned better. There were some stains on the comforters that appeared to be bleach, stains in the bathtub, and the floors were dusty. The common areas such as the lounge chairs by the pool were also very dirty. Another issue I encountered was the communication. I sent a message asking about getting towels for the pool and never received an answer. Overall it was a good stay but there are some things that can be improved.
