We travel around and visit many campsites across the states. Alice’s place at Waterloo stood out to us the most during our search in Tennessee. We were late to check-in and didn’t arrived until dark. Alice meet us at the campsite and even brought us newspaper to start a fire. :) She was very friendly and welcoming. Morning came, we were hit by surprise! Our campsite was only minutes walk from the waterfall. Morning yoga near the waterfall was peaceful. The place was open to the public and yet we still felt a lot of privacy. Tennessee until we meet again! We’ll be back for another stay Alice. Thank you for the welcoming and peaceful stay.

This was our third stay at one of Alice’s places, and we can’t wait to return. Alice has some a beautiful property and is always so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful does not do this place justice. This was the perfect camping spot, bathroom/ shower just a short walk away, and Alice was very nice and accommodating! We will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding place, clean well maintained. Wish we were there for more then one night. So many spots for incredible hiking, very good fishing if you are willing to work a little by walking to find the small mouth. Had fun tubing and camping out over the waterfall.
