We hebben een hele fijn tijd hier gehad! Het uitzicht is geweldig en een van de beste dingen aan dit huisje. Het huisje zelf is klein maar erg schoon. Een goede plek om tot rust te komen!

El alojamiento es una movil home dentro de una propiedad pero con mucha intimidad y con todo lo necesario para la comodidad de una pareja. Lo que diga de las vistas que tiene el jardín se queda corto con lo que verás en realidad. La ubicación es una auténtica maravilla, pegado a una playa privada con acceso desde la casa y cerca de la ciudad de Cagliari. Verónica es una persona muy atenta y te deja mucha intimidad. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Wir haben uns bei Veronica sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Die Unterkunft ist (wie beschrieben) ein Mobile Home, das neben Veronicas Haus in einem abgetrennten Gartenbereich steht. In der Unterkunft selbst ist nicht sehr viel Platz, aber es war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Tatsächlich haben wir aber fast nur zum Schlafen drinnen - man hat direkt vor der Tür einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer und den kleinen angrenzenden Strand, den man auch aus dem Whirlpool genießen kann. Man hat direkten Zugang über eine Treppe zum Strand, der ansonsten nur mit etwas Klettern zu erreichen ist. Daher hat man dort auch wenige andere Besucher und ziemliche Ruhe. Ruhe und Privatsphäre hatten wir auch in unserem Bereich des Gartens. Wir haben dort keine anderen Bewohner gesehen und waren jederzeit ungestört. Vielen Dank!

Veronica was a great host and always responsive. However, the listing did not specify that it’s a very small seaside cabin close to an unused shed. The accommodation was a bit rough and it felt close to staying in a camping car. For more than $300 Canadian dollars a night, I expected the accommodation to be more modern and comfortable. The beach view and access was stunning but there are a lot of bugs and mosquitos in the garden. Beware that you are really in the nature and close to the sea, so if you’re a city person, you might not find this accommodation very comfortable. The seagulls around kept making loud noises and constantly circling around the house and the beach which was a bit scary to be honest. The beach is technically not private. During the day there are ships that come by and people who hang out on the beach by hiking down the mountain. The hot tub is not really a hot tub but a spa and it doesn’t get very warm at all. Overall, its not what I expected.

villa rosa went above and beyond our expectations. the location was beautiful and i couldn’t get enough of the turquoise coast line and private beach. the house was clean and included all the essentials for a good stay. Veronica was very friendly and responsive. overall, it was a very peaceful and unique stay. absolutely worth it
