Wow is all I can say . Their hospitality and customer service was absolutely outstanding. Quick responses , they had a team that helped me book 80% of trip such as transportation, massages , breakfast , etc . The only negative I would say is the smell . The bathrooms would smell really bad especially in the mornings. They came almost everyday to try to fix it but none of it seemed to work . They did offer compensation but thankfully we were gone almost everyday and most of the day so it didn’t bother us too too much . Hopefully their engineer can fix it asap . But other than that the stay was amazing . They brought me a cake for my bday . They were there for check in and check out and anytime we needed something they it over immediately . Any questions they answer very fast and they constantly check in to make sure you’re okay . Definitely book with them !

The Villa Irena property was absolutely gorgeous. The property has breathtaking jungle views, three bedrooms, large glass sliding doors, an infinity pool that wraps, an entertaining main living/dining space, and the property is overall outstanding. The host was extremely professional, very kind, and responded to my booking request and questions very timely. I suggest this property to all that’s visiting UBUD!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa. This villa was stunning and had an absolutely breathtaking view behind the infinity pool. The photos simply don't do justice to the breathtaking beauty of it. We loved the spacious bedrooms that provided privacy, each with its own bathroom. The villa host, Ratna, was really helpful and responsive. We loved this villa some much that we wanted to extend, but unfortunately it was already booked for those days. Overall, it was an extraordinary experience and highly recommended for an unforgettable stay in Ubud. I will definitely come back in the future.

Amazingly beautiful place , beautiful design ! Pool view goes into the jungle, which is absolutely stunning ! Hosts are super nice , you can get a good massage to your villa for a decent price , any request we had was quickly responded , we were super happy to be there ! Only one note , which is not crucial is : there’s not much space to hang or put your clothes, slippers and bath robe would be nice to have! There are ants in the kitchen , but they are really cooking only if you leave the food . Oh and another detail, which actually made our experience very fun is a rooster that is like a villa pet , he was coming to the kitchen and acting like he is the man in the house , one morning he was knocking the windows of our bedrooms with his beak trying to wake us up and then shitted all over the entrance cause we didn’t open. That was funny ! Anyway , thanks a lot ! We loved the villa , I would definitely come back !

Villa Irena was the perfect home away from home. Ratna welcomed us at the villa with all the staff and there was a surprise flower decor specially for my aged parents. The 3 rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. There could have been an option for another set of pillows. The bathrooms were super spacious and very clean. There was no toiletries like brush or paste but only shampoo, soap and handwash. I guess this needs to be mentioned as it makes planning easier. The wifi was strong in the sitting area and outdoor areas but weak in side the rooms. Maybe an extender would help. The pool was fabulous and well maintained. The evenings were super cool with the ambient lights and floor lights. The villa was more than i had expected. The villa manager was very helpful and always responded to our queries and also helped book the Experience like ATV and car while we were there. Overall a very comfortable place to stay not very far from the Ubud Centre.
