大樓位於景平路，大樓附近的生活機能不錯，大眾交通運輸工具（捷運＆公車）很方便。 屋內的設計、空間的利用度很好，臥室和客廳有區隔，裝潢如網路上照片，滿意。 主人很詳盡的介紹大樓公用設施並提供居處附近實用資訊，減少許多摸索的時間。 主人也貼心的準備了飲料、面紙、衛生紙、洗髮精、沐浴乳、液體肥皂 & 基本的清潔用具，初到的旅客不必立即出門張羅必需品。 廚房備有冰箱、保溫熱水瓶、保溫罐、小烤箱、野炊用小型瓦斯爐＆ 一個鍋子，可以做些簡單的無油烹調，除玻璃酒杯、咖啡杯外，餐具需自備。 整體而言，推薦。

Stanley's space we in a quiet residential area in New Taipei City. He is the most genuine, thoughtful and friendly host! Stanley offered to greet us and pick us up from the MRT station and also provided small treats and new amenities for us. We extremely appreciated his strong communication! Wonderful host.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and close to the bus station and supermarket. Stanley was a very nice and helpful host; He even offered to help me move out when my stay was finished. Excellent overall.

Me and my husband definitely love this place, it is convenient with 10 mins walking distance to Nan Shi jiao MRT station and only 75 twd to take a taxi. The room looks exactly the same like the picture, it is a quiet and peaceful high floor unit without noisy neighbors. The mattress is not too soft or too hard, just nice and comfortable. Internet is good and stable too. Last but not least, Stanley is a very nice gentleman. He show us all the facilities like washing machines, 7/11 shop, supermarket...even when it was already 11 pm cos we arrived quite late, he was still very patient to pick us from bus stop. One more thing to amaze us is that the bus to airport is just downstairs of the building which comes every half an hour!

Before we left for Taiwan, the owner, Mr. Chen emailed me very detailed instructions of transportation from the airport to the apartment and the costs. The day we arrived, he met us at the entrance of the building and led us to the apartment which was exactly the same as we saw on the website. It was neat, bright and nicely decorated and furnished. The linens were clean, the towels were new. We found bathroom and facial tissue papers, shampoo, body wash, soaps, toothbrushes, toothpaste, laundry detergent....AND fresh oranges and snacks. The environment was quiet so that we could enjoy good night sleep every night - 26 nights. The neighborhood was safe, location convenient....On the day we departed, Mr. Chen gave us, according to him, a bag of the Most Delicious Peanut in Taiwan which we ate on the airplane and definitely agreed. This is the place we're going to stay for our next visit. And we recommend it -feels like home.
