The perfect getaway at Lake Blackshear! Our home is located just south of 27 bridge where the Flint River widens to become Lake Blackshear. The entire space has been recently renovated and beautifically decorated for your perfect stay! We have recently installed a boat slip on the property. Our home is smoke free and pet free. Whoever leases the space has to be one of the guests. We have 3 bedrooms (4 beds) with 2 bathrooms. The master has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double and a Queen and the 3rd has a king.

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving get away with family in nearby Cordele, GA. The house was exactly as described, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. It is beautifully situated on the Flint River near where the river flows into Lake Blackshear. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and private. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching the boats pass by on the river. Meredith was great to work with, both friendly and responsive. I will definitely book this location again.

Quiet dead end street where the neighbors all look out for each other. Bring bikes and ride the quiet street.

There is plenty of parking onsite and we are installing a boat slip on the property.
We are just south of 27 bridge on the water where the river widens to become the lake. The main part of the lake is about 10 minutes by boat.
