Our original reservation was double booked. We were asked if we would accept this different property, sight unseen, instead. We agreed. We found a full kitchen, two coffee makers, spices, plenty of utensils and sufficient place settings for a large party. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms functional. There were two washing machines and two driers, including one pair in a second floor bathroom. There were large flatscreen TVs in the bedrooms and den. There was an empty and available two car garage. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Furnishings were eclectic. We had a few issues of concern. The yard and gardens needed maintenance. We had some concerns about some settling of the house. The doors, front and back, allowed light in around the frame. And there were signs of structural issues on the frame of the door to the porch. Prior renters left food in the freezer and refrigerator. Even so, we had a comfortable stay. We followed owner’s instructions on leaving.

This was an amazing stay from beginning to end. Terri was always immediately friendly and responsive. The home was so lovely that my daughter wanted to move in! It was elegant enough for the adults but not stuffy, so that we were comfortable there with our two grand kids. There were snacks and little happies throughout. I used the oven and stove for cooking, and it worked better than my own. I particularly loved the soft sheets on our bed. It was truly a perfect location for our little family gathering. Thank you for sharing your home!

This is a great property! Lots of room, great kitchen, and three full bathrooms. We will return!
