Hoang’s place is a beautifully appointed modern cottage, with waterfront access to a small but charming lake. It’s quiet and peaceful, with easy access to Quebec route 329, 15 minutes from Ste-Agathe-des-Monts which offers more restaurants, major grocery stores and the hospital. The cottage has a large deck, a fully screened room with BBQ and a large dining table enough to seat more than 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked. There are only 2 full bathrooms in this house, so if you are a large party, you’ll need to take turns. Please also note that all the bedrooms are in the lower level. It simply means that kids cannot stay up too late. It’s the perfect for our party of 8, 2 families with 2 children each. Hoang was very easy to communicate with, responsive and friendly. Since the weather wasn’t great, we took advantage of the amenities including the whirlpool, although it would be better if the ceiling is covered so water won’t drop into the whirlpool. Le chalet était parfait ! Tout y était ! Exactement comme sur les photos et plus encore ! Nous nous sentions bien et en sécurité. Une belle fin de semaine entre amis et famille.

We stayed for two night for a bachelorette weekend, beautiful chalet with high ceilings and a beautiful view! The only thing I’d say is cleaning could’ve been a bit better (bedding and some pots/pans weren’t squeaky clean) and appliances were a bit dated (the hood fan didn’t work or maybe we didn’t know how to turn it on). But overall a good stay, we had an amazing time and Hoang was very quick with responding to questions.

We had a great time at Hoang’s cottage. The location is stunning and so is the house. The trampoline, kayak and pedalo kept the kids entertained all week. St-Adolphe d’Howard is about 10min away by car. It’s a sweet village with basic amenities, a beach and a playground. There are loads of activities to do within a 20-30min drive. We would definitely recommend chalet Scandinave.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé en général!J'ai eu des problèmes avec la serrure intelligente, mais Hoang répondait rapidement aux messages et il a réglé le problème. De plus, il manquait de propane pour le BBQ. Nous avons dû retourner en ville afin d'en acheter et nous avons été remboursés. Il n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce que le bois n'est pas inclus, cela aurait été bien de le savoir d'avance pour qu'on puisse s'organiser. Par contre, le chalet était très propre, nous n'avons manqué de rien d'autre, je recommande tout de même!!
