Langballig is a small village with about 1400 inhabitants on the Flensburg Fjord. Everything you need for daily life can be found within walking distance of 5-10 minutes (including supermarket, pharmacy, ATMs, bakery, tourist information). Pictures will follow in the near future. Now we use the apartment as a holiday home and offer you, in our absence, to be our guest on the Baltic Sea. The apartment has two floors, with the upper floor reserved for us and locked during the holiday rental. On the 54sqm ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a large corner sofa, which can be converted into a sleep coach for a third guest if necessary. A TV with satellite TV, a FireTV stick and a Playstation 4 is available in the living room. From the living room you come to your private terrace overlooking the green garden. Beautiful summer days await you here. Fire up the barbecue or enjoy a nice book in the deckchair. You can safely store your car directly at the apartment in your own carport. For your bicycles, SUPs, etc. there is a secure parking space in the 3x3m shed. A fully equipped kitchen with bar seating leaves nothing to be desired in culinary terms. The small but fine bedroom invites you to dream with a 2x2m bed including spring mattresses and numerous pillows. Attention: The optimal occupancy of the apartment is 2 adults. A third person on the sleep coach in the living room is possible. An occupancy of more than three people must be discussed in advance with the landlord. There is room in the living room for a cot brought along. However, there is no separate room. The Mediterranean-style bathroom with large rain shower invites you to relax and unwind.
