The house was nice and clean, but when they say no essentials they mean it! The kitchen was completely bare (not even salt and pepper was provided!), and for a place hosting 12 people they only provided 5 towels. Additionally, they don’t provide the name of the cottage (Greenacre) on the listing which makes it hard to find. Finally, not all the radiators in the rooms work.

Had a very enjoyable stay with family in this very spacious and comfortable house. The surroundings were beautiful and we all had tons of space in the house, the beds were very comfortable. There is a very good pub/restaurant just a 2 minute drive from the house, the food was amazing!! Thank you for a very happy weekend with family in your impressive house.

Lot of little things which started to pile up. From needing to replace the light bulbs in 4 of the rooms. To the plates and kitchen utensils being left unclean. Bedrooms overran with wasps both dead and alive. The place its self was okay but the general cleanliness of it considering the cleaning fee was a bit below par. The house and amenities were good. Nice private location and enough space for people.

We had a great weekend at Greenacre. The host is a agency, everything was quite clear, their customer service is not very familiar with the house as a privet host will be. The house is really nice, and very well equipped. The garden is beautiful and very enjoyable if the weather is good. I will recommend 100%.

Such a beautiful cottage with a very big garden. Very clean. The host was very nice and quick to respond.
