This nicely furnished townhome has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room that includes a queen size sofa bed making 5 guests sleep comfortably. WiFi canyon views included.. In close proximity to a variety of mountain activities; including skiing at Sunlight, Aspen Highlands, and Snowmass. Steps away from the RFTA bus. Walking distance to the Roaring Fork River, restaurants, and shops. STR permit 23-010 This townhome has great natural light, a fully equipped kitchen and pleasant outside decks. The larger bedroom upstairs features a queen bed, wall to wall closet space, a wall mounted TV, an ac unit, and a private west facing deck. The smaller upstairs bedroom has a full/twin bunkbed, closet and dresser, a tv and a smaller ac unit. The full size bathroom has a tub and a shower, towels and toiletries.

Wonderful host and air bnb
We enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value for the price. Very convenient to sunlight mountain and all the restaurants and attractions in town. Very good internet connection. My only complaints would be the proximity to the neighbors (which, in fairness, is to be expected in an apartment), and parking if you have more than one vehicle. Otherwise, it’s a nice spot that was very clean.
Cute quiet little place for my family near the mountain. Was clean and perfect for us. We appreciated the responsive host and was attentive to our needs. Thank you!!!

Conveniently located! The townhome is in south Glenwood Springs and is near skiing, hiking and biking trails, restaurants, world-class fishing, river rafting, and the historic hot springs. We are closest to 2 major ski resorts Aspen-Snowmass and Vail and an amazing small retro-ski mountain called Sunlight which has a very 70s local family feel. The resorts of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin are accessible with the I-70 in close proximity.
The townhome is in walking distance to many stores, restaurants, Valley View Hospital, and the amazing RFTA bus system which provides access to Carbondale, Basalt, Snowmass and Aspen.
Enjoy beautiful mountain scenic drives or swimming in hot mineral springs located just a mile away in north Glenwood Springs. There is a park with a great playground for kids just a short drive away.
Great sightseeing locations include Hanging Lake, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Frontier Historical Museum, Historic Hotel Denver, white water rafting trips down the Colorado River in Glenwood Springs, Glenwood Canyon bike trail (winds through a canyon and offers scenic vistas of the Colorado River); horseback riding at Bear Ranch, Glenwood Springs has a great night life with restaurants and clubs.
Glenwood Springs is truly a wonderful vacation spot with all its available activities… you’ll never run out of things to do!
Guests have 2 parking spaces on site for personal vehicles. The excellent bus service to Carbondale, Aspen is 1/4 block away at 27th st and is equipped to transport bikes. River access and the Rio Grande bike trail are 1/2 mile away.
