We had a wonderful stay! We loved the house. It was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Folder with info about where to go and where to eat in the area was very helpful. It was super close to Anna Ruby Falls which was beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings and the back deck fire table in the mornings with coffee. A perfect stay for our 30th anniversary.

Stay here!! The house was amazing, Carl was also a great host! We ran into an issue late in the night, and I was extremely surprised when Carl answered his phone so late! Can’t beat that! This place is absolutely beautiful and you have everything you need. It truly was a home away from home. 10/10

This place was absolutely amazing. My six year old son loved it as well☺️. The Big Foot I’m the wood line was a nice touch. Very quiet and peaceful. The pictures did not give this place Justice. Beautiful !! Will definitely book again.

My family and I stayed at Modern Mountain House for a long weekend. The house was amazing. The inside was very clean and modern, and the outdoor living areas were fantastic for a cup of coffee in the morning or for a glass of wine at night. The location was excellent as we explored downtown Helen, which was a 10 minute drive, Anna Ruby Falls, and Tallulah Gorge. Carl was a great host! He provided clear instructions and great recommendations for our visit. I would highly recommend Modern Mountain House and would definitely stay again. Dan
