Let’s just by start out, saying that Kevin was great, his communication was impeccable, the place was beautiful. Upon check-in, we noticed that some items were broken and missing and spent a good deal of time taking pictures and sending them. This was our first Airbnb booking, so we didn’t realize that we would need to purchase toilet paper or laundry detergent and garbage bags. For the most part at the house was clean and tidy once I got past the dead lizard under the couch it was smooth sailing (but that’s Florida I guess) Some items such as towels and linens could use being updated. Kevin though was amazing, he was fair, good priced, honest, seemed understanding. He was able to give me solid answers. Overall I was happy with the stay, thank you Kevin

This was a last minute booking and we were grateful until we started to be blamed for things in the home that was clearly old and worn down. I communicated with Kevin, however I didn’t take pics of every little thing wrong and now I’m being blamed for cracked cushion seats/broken old chairs, broken old blinds and towels/sheets that were so old and stained they couldn’t be washed clean.

Overall, good value. Great location relative to the pool and clubhouse. Having the pool heated and access to the bbq was great. Lots of towels provided for our family of 16. Also the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. Basically the house was clean and tidy, however baseboards and railings were very dirty and carpet stained in places. A somewhat minor detail I know, but noticeable enough to mention for an honest review. Older appliances - microwave sparked for a few seconds each time it was used. Dryer took forever to dry clothes. Video game console didn’t work. Games and puzzles missing pieces. Hot water was never very hot - more lukewarm for showers and dishes. We would consider staying here again simply because it had more than enough space for our family of 16 and the proximity to pool area. Communication with owner was excellent.
