The place is okay but the agent managing it is terrible. There was animal and bird poo on balconies that was not cleaned. The fridge did not work and I got different messages from the technician and agent when it was resolved. I had to go out a buy ice and cooler bags to store my food that I carried. Carpets were very stained to the point that I removed the rug as soon as I got there. There was litter left behind under couches. Renovation rubble left on balconies. Remote did not work and agent made no effort to resolve other than coming on one day when I was not there. The agreement was that a battery would be left and afterwards they said they could leave batteries laying around. One of my worst experiences on airbnb. Agent made me feel like she was doing me a favor when I reported issues when there should not have been issues in the first place.
