Amazing location in the heart of Aventura, close to everything. The apartment complex is gated, has a heated pool and a gym. The walking path across the street is where everyone walk/bikes/runs in Aventura. The apartment itself has an amazing view of the marina & yachts. The apartment complex and the unit itself are a bit dated (~30 years old), so take that into account.

Lovely place to stay. Great balcony with a view over the marina and with sunshine until 2.30pm (- after that the balcony is in the shade). Nice clean apartment. Great communication with the hosts. Peaceful location. Just what we were looking for. We would definitely come and stay again. Very much recommended!!!

This area of Aventura City is pleasant and noiseless, family prone and has golf courses in the vicinity and a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants, nevertheless for kids a waterpark is in the surroundings.

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. It was perfectly clean, well furnished and stocked. It is very spacious and and we felt at home immediately. It is near to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. After a day out it was great to relax on the balcony overlooking the marina with great views. Angel and Alejandro answered all question within minutes and were very kind and helpful. Thank you both! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.
