The Creekside Group property was beautiful! The description matched the actual property. The big windows in the living room, played beautifully with the snow fall. The house felt remote and spaced out from neighbors but was only a 10 minute ride from the downtown area. Owners were very responsive when questions came up. Great stay and we would book again!

The booking process seemed overboard with having us sign an additional renter agreement. Also some rules seemed crazy like only four cars allowed when you can easily fit more, and no smoking outside. But overall it’s a great house, great location, easy process checking in and good communication. We were happy.

It's NOT a luxurious house. It is NOT for as many people to stay together as posted unless it's for an extended family with built-in familiarity for each other. Dining set chair cushions were visibly stained, the TV looked small for a large living area, floors weren't thoroughly mopped, and closer inspection had the house looking more tired than it can be. While the host did bring in an extra trash bin after twice having complained about it, the other full trash bins sat for nearly 4 days before the weekly pick up came. Unsightly. Previous week's snow wasn't well cleared, making some of the older visitors weary when walking in or out of the house - espeically in the dark. The host mentioned that supporting the "dark-sky" ordinance of Flagstaff meant no outside flood lights. I thought that was a rather weak rationale since a well timed motion sensor equipped lights would mitigate that rather handily. It IS a quiet and secure location. But the value just isn't there.
