We had the most amazing stay at the breckland for my nieces 16th birthday. The house was exactly as described and the photos do not do it justice. There was so much to do, and having the games room/hot tub was a massive plus. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and genuinely couldn't have been happier with our stay. Emma was a fantastic host and was always there if needed. She even left us essentials like bread, milk, juice ect and a lovely bottle of wine and a cake. Thank you again for such a memorable 3 nights, we will definitely be back in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful fields, a great local walk up White Nancy, a good sized coop down the road. The place was absolutely spotless and the BBQ, games room and hot tub were great features. Would definitely go back

Emma’s place was absolutely wonderful, the house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, it was all so clean and tidy and Emma got us a welcome cake which was really nice! The hot tub, pool table and darts were the main highlights, the hot tub was amazing, it was private and had a lovely view! I would definitely stay here again, it’s a great location too, only 30 minutes away from Manchester so it was a perfect break away, and shops and food are so nearby there’s nothing I can say bad about this place! Would definitely recommend :)

The most beautiful place i have ever stayed. absolutly spotless and had everything you could think of! the bathrooms were spotless, beds were comfortable and very big! hot tub was easy to use and so were all the kitchen items. plenty of towels and loads of toilet roll, location was great and close to things such as a co-op and restraunts. check in and out was very easy and plenty of hot water. lots of items available like cereal and host even got us a bottle of wine and cake which was lovely. enjoyed the cute little guest book and the book of information was useful. would and will defo come back again at some point. was so lovely!

We had a perfect stay at this air bnb. Beautiful setting and everything as described. So relaxing! Extremely helpful host. Love the wall logs outside, a nice touch! Thank you.
