We left the house just in 5 to 10 min after entering it and cancelled the booking. Reasons are, 1. The house doesn't have a way to lock from inside. Given the lock is digital, anyone who knows the passcode can enter in, because the guest can't lock from inside the house. The host instructed us to turn the knob upwards to lock from inside, however even after doing this, the door remained openable from outside by providing a passcode. So, obviously anyone would feel insecure. 2. The house had an unpleasant smell, that made us feel like when we would get out of the house. 3. The bathroom was in pathetic condition. With these issues, I tried reaching the host multiple times. He didn't pick the call. We left the house and checked out immediately. Because the host wasn't responsive, we raised this issue with Airbnb and they did 100% refund. This house had good rating but lesser count of reviews. Lesson learnt is that good rating alone is not sufficient but the number of reviews too matter.

The house was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing and the host are soooo friendly. You can make your own coffee at the morning and can cook at the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Kien's home is as nice as picture shows. It is very clean and new which is near butterfly garden and bee farm (walking distance), Boh Tea factory. There are Netflix. And we enjoyed family time together. Kien is a nice host who gave us many suggestions. Highly recommend.
