The house and grounds are incredible. Plenty of space for a large group. The bedrooms are big. The kitchen is well equipped. The backyard is peaceful and has great views of Erba and the surrounding lakes-There is abundant hot water for showers and tub. Marta and Napo are incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered every question we asked-The town of Erba is a great place to stay if you want an authentic Italian experience. Pretty much everyone was very friendly and excited to help us navigate our way around. The park and tennis facility nearby are terrific. The train from Erba takes you right into the heart of Milan, is inexpensive, and runs twice and hour-A few points: Erba is a walkable city but everything is not super close, expect 10-15 minutes to get to the heart of things. And the streets are 11th century size, so driving can be a bit tricky at first, but these small disclaimers should not dissuade you from renting this Villa. Our time there and in Erba was FANTASTIC!

The house is really amazing, with a lot of rooms with beautyfull decor. Its perfect for a big family or a group, The kitchen are well functioned and has everything you need. The garden and surroundings are stunning and we had a wonderfull time there. The host was super friendly and really helpfull and everything was in order. 4 min. walking from the house there is a really nice bar named True Beer with reasonable prices. We will come again!
