Location, Location! Beautiful home with lake access for swimming, fishing, and boating on beautiful Lake Sara. Wonderful 2400sq ft house with dock & boat slips & water toys at awesome location for families/friends to relax & enjoy scenery & boating, have fun in the water, grill out, use the game room, or sit by the fire pit or the fireplace. 7 minutes from Interstates 70 & 57. 6 minutes to Walmart. 6-10 minutes to area restaurants. Golf Courses-1 minute to ForeWay & 2 minutes to Cardinal. The main floor of the house has a living room, dining room that seats 8 with more folding chairs available, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and master bedroom. There is a coffee station with a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The kitchen is well furnished with everything necessary to prepare meals. There is even a spice rack with many of the favorite spices. The master bedroom also has a sofa. Both the master bedroom and the dining room/kitchen have doors that lead to the deck overlooking the dock and the lake. There are only two steps to enter the house so a guest with limited mobility can move around the main floor with ease or step out onto the deck to watch the fun down at the dock. The lower level contains three bedrooms and a bathroom. (Bedroom 5 has been added on June 1, 2023. Bookings before that date do not have access to this room unless the guests request access.). There is a set of bunk beds located in an open area on this level(not in bedroom 4 as Airbnb listed it). All beds in the house are made with comfortable linens except these bunk beds. The bedding is laying on the beds for guests to use if these beds are needed. These would work great for kids. There is a pack n play available for guest use. Two bays of the garage have been made into a game room. Here is located shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, arcade games, TV, and other fun things. Pub tables and chairs are available for those who just want to watch the fun. (And don’t forget to take a picture with Jack.). Board games and yard games are available to add to the fun.
