We are grateful for our stay at this beautiful property. We needed a "home away from home" during medical treatment. It was more than we had hoped for! The layout was great for a family. The single story was a plus since I did not always feel well. It was very clean and the decor was as pictured- always a relief when staying in a vacation rental. Everything was in working order and fully stocked. We felt at home here. Our first week in Dallas was in a loud, hard-to-park, yet close-in-distance 3 story. We were relieved when we found this quiet gem. We had covered designated parking at the building entry. The distance to UTSW was farther, but took less time and had less traffic. The biggest bonus to our stay was the waterfront location. The calming view, and walks along the water were truly healing to my body and spirit! Thank you this wonderful nest during a difficult time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Rick's place and the host are very helpful whenever you need them. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our Stay at this place.. was very memorable ! It is right by the lake with a beautiful view of the lake from the Living room & Master Bedroom. We can go for a nice walk around the lake in the mornings / evenings. Enjoyed the kayaking, Gandola rides in the lake. The Kitchen had everything we needed to easily cook, including bottle openers and every small thing. Vaccum cleaners, brooms provided so was easy to keep the place clean during our stay. Every small detail was well thought of and provided. Really appreciate it. The host was responsive & flexible. Keep it up 👍. We will definitely come back again some day

Stayed during a remodel and, of course, nothing went as planned. Rick and his team were extremely accommodating as we needed to extend our stay several times. Great location. Well appointed. Would recommend!
