We really enjoyed our stay. The living room and kitchen areas were comfortable and spacious enough for our whole group, the game room was a fun place for us to hang out and there were plenty of beds. It’s about 15 minutes from Banner Elk and it felt like a good location for skiing at Sugar and Beech.

We had a wonderful stay at the Orchard Lodge! It is a beautiful home with an awesome layout for a big group. It’s clean, cozy, and fun with all of the amenities there are. Jeremy was a great host who communicated everything with clear instructions and he always responded super quickly. I would absolutely reccomend anyone to stay here.

We had an unexpected 12 inches of snow during our stay. Four wheel drive or chains recommended. Our family group was very comfortable and happy with the space and amenities. Wonderful memories made.

We had such a great time. Lots of room for everyone, stocked kitchen with the things you often forget, comfy rooms and space overall. The kids (and adults) had a blast in the game room during the storm we experienced while there. A short drive into town and Sugar Mountain. We felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed. Jeremy responded to all of our inquiries in a timely manner and it was just like the description! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Can't wait to book here again! This home was perfect for all our needs! AND THE VIEWS! Absolutely gorgeous. Our family came here to enjoy some peace and quiet and show our young nephew snow - we were not disappointed. The game room kept the family entertained for hours, and the dining room table was large enough to host the entire family for meals together. We thoroughly enjoyed cuddling up on the massive comfy couch and watching Disney movies as a family. (We talked about finding out where to buy a couch like that several times!) Loved how tucked away the house was from "civilization" and how nice it felt to get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen is large enough to have multiple people help cook, the bedrooms are welcoming and plenty spacious. The beds are also super comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Jeremy was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
