Kitchen did not have oven or cooktop, fridge was dorm size with no freezer compartment. We had to wash sheets and make beds ourselves. Many loose wires and cords all around the unit inside and outside. Hard to find electrical outlets that actually worked, no mirrors in two bedrooms, no place to put luggage, no dressers, no place to hang clothes, no instructions on how to turn on showerhead. No instructions on operation of TV or AC. We were given the wrong address and the wrong key code. Layout was terrible. Have to go through bedroom to get to kitchen and bathroom. Creaky floors and beds. Towels looked like they came from thrift store. One sliver of soap provided. Nasty linoleum with what looked like cigarette burns. Evidence of rat infestation on back porch. Nasty dirty dryer and chairs on front porch. Cobwebs everywhere. We killed a spider. Loud music from City Harbor. Loud traffic.

We rented this for our bridal events and it was great!

Everything was just as the description read and it looked just like the pictures. Host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. This was a great experience all around.

What this listing lacks it makes up for with location. Historic Gunterville and the new City Harbor within steps of the front porch. Hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
