Lovely place for a peaceful get away! Nina introduced us to the animals which was fun and educational. We even got to sneak a peek at baby ducklings! Both Steven & Nina were very friendly yet also gave us plenty of privacy. Nina especially has a fierce love for horses & their welfare which was a shared interest as I grew up with horses during my childhood & love them as well. While there we were discussing where to go next month for Memorial Day weekend, & we decided to come back! There is lots to do, most within 20-45 minutes of the cabin. So much so, we couldn’t get it all done! Only down sides: 1-water has a slight sulfur smell due to it being well water. It was most noticeable initially but subsided to only a very faint smell after the first day. 2-(only applies to those with fine naturally curly hair) the water is soft & weighed down my curls to barely waves, but no big deal, I just wore my hair straight while there. It has become one of our fave places!!

Wonderful place to stay close to farm animals, lots of trees & a river nearby. I'd recommend a stay here so you relax & absorb the beauty of Tennessee.

There was a Rainbow behind the property upon arrival it made it a little extra special. We found the cabin was just the right size for us 2. The instructions were clear on everything's usage & no issues at all. You are definitely staying on a farm as we saw horses, sheep, ducks/swans, and cows. We will definitely stay again if in the area again!

It was an absolutely beautiful stay at Steven's and Nina's place. They were both very welcoming and communicative. They also were happy to give us a tour of the farm and to answer any questions we had. They also allowed us to help out a bit with animals and other farm activities, on our request! Surprisingly, they have very fast Internet service, which was perfect for remote work while traveling! Overall experience was great and we would love to go back!

Steve and Nina were very nice hosts, I was in jam and over tired and over hungry when I arrived. They spotted that and fed me supper that was very gracious. Nice quiet country setting well worth it !
