Entire Townhouse centrally located amongst most amenities - easily walkable, or short drive for everything. - Fast Wifi - No Smokers (Period - tobacco/marijuana/etc.) - No Parties - No Pets - 3 bedrooms are outfitted, with King, Queen and Twin guest bed expandable to a “double-twin”. - Living room has Queen Sofa-Bed with all bedding and upgraded mattress topper for improved comfort. - 2 bdrms have office space! - *Desk with monitors shown in bedroom is no longer there, there is another table in it’s place (no monitors). - Spacious place with lots of room to be together or be separate! - Neighbourhood is fairly quiet and is mostly families and couples. - Fully stocked kitchen - 55” Smart TV, includes Netflix subscription. - Security cameras setup outside and in garage to monitor house access and guests entering.

The stay was perfect. I came from Boston to visit family in the area. very comfy and just as in Ad. very clean and accessible from the 401 and shops nearby. I noticed a lot of reviews that pointed to the parking as being tight. It was but I was able to fit my full size truck in there comfortably. I would definitely return and stay here.

A great location and a great host! Even went the extra mile during the holiday season. Parking is a little tight, but all in all a fantastic home.

Amazing place, peaceful, clean, quiet, and close to local plazas and parks. My family was visiting for a couple of weeks and we really enjoyed the stay. Jesse been an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the door lock and Jesse got it resolved just within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend!

Neighbourhood is fairly quiet and is mostly families and couples. We are 2 mins drive from 401, so very convenient to the highway.

Parking for 1 car is available in partially-covered driveway. Garage is strictly off-limits and cannot accommodate cars. Additional parking is available in visitors spaces around corner, first-come basis, no additional payment required.
Bus stop is available perhaps 150m from house, and can take you to Go train within 10 mins. From there, downtown TO is accessible within 30-40 mins.
The area is walkable to most stores, but remember this is suburbia off the 401, so a car is the most useful way to get around.
