The villa boasts ample amenities and excellent security measures. However, I was greatly disappointed by the slow responsiveness of the host, despite informing them an hour prior to my arrival. Upon reaching the villa, I still had to wait for check-in, and the provided phone number was unreachable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the villa left much to be desired, particularly in the dusty second-floor bedroom. Furthermore, several power sockets in the room were not functioning properly. Furthermore, the toilet and the provided shampoo and shower bottles were stained. Hope the host can take note and improve!

Very nice place to stay. Nilo and the team are very helpful. We had a couple of issues when first arrived but they were resolved same day which was impressive. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this large immaculately presented family Villa, boasting 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms tucked away quietly in Kuta-Bali. The Villa Sultan's fantastic location provided convenient access to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets thereby making our stay more enjoyable with little fuss and concern surrounding transport. What remains a highlight of our stay was the value we got for our money, coupled with the exceptional daily cleaning services. Further to this, the communication with Nilo and the staff was excellent providing fast and efficient response times, making me feel very much like a valued guest. We loved our stay at sultan luxury villa! It was soooo nice being somewhere so comfortable, so cool (the ACs work SO WELL and they’re in every room!) and with so much to do. The only downside was having to leave after 2 nights. We felt so spoiled after being there; we’ve been traveling SE Asia for 5 months and Sultan was SUCH a treat! The pool volleyball was the most family fun we’ve had in awhile. Such a memorable time for us! Thank you for having us!
