I stayed 1 month for a business trip. Having never been to a "coliving" place, I was unsure about how much privacy I would have, but soon found there was plenty. The studio room was small, but perfect for just the basic needs. It was a great balance of shared and private space. When I checked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. He didn't speak English, and I don't speak French, which caused confusion, but we were able to complete the tour and move-in process easily. Overall, I had a great stay! Things that went well: - Very quiet & private - Clean, well illuminated & updated interiors - Weekly cleanings - Helpful group chat Things to Note - You have to bring your own laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, soap, sponges - One roll of toilet paper, some shower gel/shampoo and some nespresso pods are provided when you move in.

On était à Finestate Co-living 4 semaines pendant des travaux dans notre appartement (on habite dans le quartier). La chambre est toute petite mais elle est lumineuse, propre et très bien équipée. La résidence a de nombreuses avantages--une salle de gym, une laverie, et un rooftop avec vue de la Tour Eiffel. L'ambience est agréable et calme. Le personnel est vraiment sympa, toujours très réactif. Merci bien à toute l'équipe de Finestate! We were at Finestate Co-living for 4 weeks during work in our apartment (we live in the neighborhood). The room is very small but filled with light, clean and well-equipped. The residence has a number of advantages--a gym, a (free!) laundry room and a rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The ambiance is lovely and calm. The staff are really really nice, always super responsive. Thanks to the whole team at Finestate!

Nice place, location, very clean, amazing amenities, the receptionist guy are so kind. I recommend this place! I’m still in the flat with direct Finestate contract. I recommend this option ;) regards! Luciano.

Très bonne expérience, les locaux sont neufs, propres, sécurisés et très bien décorés. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, il y a tout le nécessaire. Les hôtes sont disponibles à tout moment. Je recommande !

I have only high praise for the apartments, the facilities in the co-living building and the team that work here. I was travelling alone and the team were happy to speak and write in English to me which was really appreciated. Communication was always quick and helpful. I felt very safe here with key card access needed from the front gate. The location is very convenient for the metro, RER, supermarkets and shops. The apartments are great, really well sound-proofed and with great storage. Most evenings I would cook in the apartment, but used the communal kitchen sometimes too. The communal areas are great - modern and well looked after. And the roof terrace with views of the Eiffel Tower were a treat! I’d highly recommend Finestate and the apartments in Issy.
